A Trainer's Tool Kit

The Transdrug project's main product is A Trainer's Tool Kit, a publication offering case reports on training needs assessments carried out by the partners and articles that take on a broader view of substance use related training. Available in English, Finnish, Dutch and Slovak language (soon also in Italian), the Tool Kit can be used as a handbook in training planning or as training material.

Addiction services and addiction training in partner countries

The Transdrug project produced general overviews of partner countries' addiction service and training systems. The overviews below are intended to help put into a context the findings relating to training needs presented in A Trainer's Tool Kit, and to serve as information source in student placement.

Use of ICT in the addictions field

One of the Transdrug project's aims was to promote the use of information and communication technology among project participants and in the addictions field more generally. The articles below approach the topic from different angles: some focus on ICT training implemented in the framework of the project while others describe the ways in which ICT is used in partner's addiction services.
